These Terms govern your use of the ElevenSix Fitness website and apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
• One person per account. Don't share your login.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe at the price displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal — when you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current paid term, after which the subscription is fully cancelled and you will not be charged again.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or to harm others
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights

No medical advice

ElevenSix Fitness is a tracking tool, not a medical service. Workout plans, exercises, nutrition data, and any other content are for general informational purposes only and are not medical, dietary, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. You train at your own risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you log. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and back up your data so we can provide the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevenSix Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
